- Send OTP verification codes via WhatsApp to verify customer identity.
- Prevent fraudulent and fake COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
- Provide merchant analytics and revenue reports.
- Improve our platform and services.

- Send billing statements and platform fee notifications.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Shopify: Order data is synced to the merchant's Shopify store.
- Payment Gateways: Razorpay, Easebuzz, or PayU for processing prepaid payments.
- Gupshup: Phone numbers are shared with Gupshup to deliver WhatsApp OTP messages.
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help operate our platform (hosting, email services).
